The main aim of the company was to provide alarm monitoring services to its clients and customers. In the year 2013, the company purchased Security Networks for an amount of around $507 million. In 2015, the company became the second largest company of security alarm monitoring in the US. The company renamed itself to Moni Smart Security and also changed its logo in 2016.
