FAA History
FAA was founded in the year 1958. The organisation has been operational for almost 60 years now. The organisation was formed after the passing of the Federal Aviation Act, in the year 1958. The organisation was established as an independent body, for maintaining a typical military system for air navigation and also control of air-traffic. The same year, NASA or National Aeronautics and Space Administration was created as well.
