Then in the year 1961, the company had changed its name to ADP or Automatic Data Processing. The company started using mainframe computers, printing machines and also punched card machines as well. The company had become a limited public entity in the year 1961, with almost 300 clients and 125 employees. The company was generating revenues of $400,000 during that time.
